Future Date TBD: Arts & Environment Conference

California ICAN is proposing the creation of a major conference to celebrate and elevate the role of the arts in the contemporary and historic environmental movement. It’s a role that has varied over time, alerting us to unexpected beauties, connecting us emotionally to the world around us, forcing us to question the societal constructs that present nature as a resource, and giving us a new lens to see the world and ourselves within it.
