Future Date TBD: Arts & Environment Conference

California ICAN is proposing the creation of a major conference to celebrate and elevate the role of the arts in the contemporary and historic environmental movement. It’s a role that has varied over time, alerting us to unexpected beauties, connecting us emotionally to the world around us, forcing us to question the societal constructs that present nature as a resource, and giving us a new lens to see the world and ourselves within it. If you’d like more information regarding attendance or participation, please let us know. Photo: Tule Wave. Reuben Margolin, 2010. Photo by Chris Potter

  • Monday Evenings with Malcolm

We host community meetings on the first Monday of each month from 5:30 to 7:30. At these meetings, guests discuss how they can be help with our projects or how they can further develop their own. These meetings are invitation only, but if you’re interested, send us an email at info@californiaican.org. We’re happy to bring in whoever we can.
